This small production blend of Sauvignon Blanc 67%, Chardonnay 22%, and Semillon 11% is the result of many years of research into the best possible expression of the quartzite sandstone derived soils in our appellation’s cool, maritime area.
Complexity and character are built through fermentation and aging in ceramic eggs and amphorae, and careful blending.
It is our goal to produce an appellation and soil driven wine with marked classical styling.
